Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. If your sauna hat is unused and still in original condition, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping
Shipping rates, available carriers, delivery estimates, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address.
Returns
Unused sauna hats are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Returned hats must be clean, unworn, and in original condition.
Exchanges
If you would like a different colour or product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on available inventory.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
