Online store
These terms apply to your use of the HatsOn Sauna Hats website and any purchase you make through the storefront. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and availability
We do our best to describe products, materials, colours, pricing, and availability accurately. Product photos may vary slightly from the item you receive because wool texture, screen settings, and small-batch production can create natural variation.
Checkout and payment
Checkout, payment processing, taxes, shipping rates, discounts, order confirmation, and transactional emails are handled through Shopify. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping options, delivery estimates, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs, or other events outside our control.
Returns
Unused sauna hats may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are clean, unworn, and in original condition. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Product use
Sauna hats are comfort accessories for sauna and cold plunge rituals. Use sauna and cold exposure responsibly, follow facility rules, and stop any heat or cold exposure if you feel unwell.
Website content
All website content, including text, images, product names, and design elements, belongs to HatsOn Sauna Hats or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HatsOn Sauna Hats is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies when you use the site or place an order.
